Yu Bingying, a second-level inspector of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Commerce, congratulated the convening of the conference. He stated that since the beginning of this year, the province's commerce system has resolutely implemented the Party Central Committee's major requirements of "preventing the epidemic, stabilizing the economy, and ensuring safe development," fully leveraging the positive role of e-commerce, and coordinating various tasks. The first batch of county-level e-commerce industrial clusters in Jiangsu Province

Taking the demonstration project as an opportunity to better leverage the agglomeration and radiation effects of the e-commerce industry, this conference held an awarding ceremony for the 2022 Jiangsu Provincial Digital Commerce Enterprises and the first batch of Jiangsu Provincial County-level E-commerce Industrial Clusters. Three enterprises and one cluster from Nanjing were listed: Jiangsu Kangzhong Auto Parts Co., Ltd., Whale Cloud Computing Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Suhao Cloud Commerce Co., Ltd., and Gaochun Gucheng Lake Crab Industrial Cluster. Currently, Nanjing has two national-level demonstration bases, six provincial-level e-commerce demonstration bases, five national-level e-commerce demonstration enterprises, three national-level digital commerce enterprises, and twenty provincial-level digital commerce enterprises, ranking first in the province in both quantity and quality.

At the meeting, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Commerce released the "Ten Key Actions for High-Quality Development of E-commerce in Jiangsu" via video. These actions focus on key areas such as cultivating e-commerce market entities, upgrading demonstration bases, deepening the application of e-commerce live streaming, and promoting "digital commerce for agriculture." Based on the important role of e-commerce in connecting online and offline, linking supply and demand, and connecting domestic and international markets, the actions aim to further expand, strengthen, and optimize Jiangsu's e-commerce industry, accelerate the digital transformation of the economy and society, innovatively promote the construction of a modern circulation system, and continuously promote higher-level international cooperation, adding new momentum to the construction of a strong, prosperous, beautiful, and innovative Jiangsu.

At the conference, the Industrial Digitalization Innovation and Development Alliance was officially established. This alliance was jointly initiated by nearly 20 listed and soon-to-be-listed companies in the industrial internet sector, including Huitongda, Huaneng Zhilian, Guolian Shares, and Ouye Cloud Commerce. On November 17th, the 2022 China Jiangsu E-commerce Conference will host a special event for venture capital matchmaking. During the event, the Nanjing E-commerce Association will also release the "Nanjing Financial Empowerment 'Two Chains' Integration Action Plan."
